Ingredients
2 oz Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey Alternative
0.5 oz maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters (or Fee Brothers aromatic bitters)
1 large clear ice sphere
Applewood chips (for smoking gun)
Charred rosemary sprig
Orange peel, torched
Method

Combine Ritual whiskey alternative, maple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds.

Place a large clear ice sphere in a rocks glass.

Strain the mixture over the ice sphere.

Using a smoking gun with applewood chips, fill a cloche or glass dome with smoke. Place over the drink.

Present to guest and lift the dome tableside.

Garnish with a torched orange peel and charred rosemary sprig
